Key Responsibilities:

Generate Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.

Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT software sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • 3 years in experience in IT software sales is must.
