Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate potential clients and market opportunities with a focus on leveraging your 12 years of sales experience in the staff augmentation industry.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to the sales team.
  • Utilize your expertise to generate leads through social media, LinkedIn, online research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Schedule and conduct initial Zoom meetings, actively participating in sales presentations, and contributing to proposals for client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to formulate and execute effective sales strategies, drawing on your industry experience.
  • Attend client meetings, actively contribute insights, and take a lead role in discussions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 12 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the staff augmentation industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills honed through your previous sales experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as familiarity with industryspecific tools.
  • Highly motivated, detailoriented, and a continued eagerness to expand your expertise in the staff augmentation industry.
