Position Overview:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.
  • Train, supervise, and schedule janitorial staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Explain and/or demonstrate work procedures to other custodians.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repairs needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities for special events or projects.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Address all daytoday personnel issues with the custodial staff.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with employees, management, and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Transferable Iqama.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work, with at least 12 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • A housing allowance is provided; however, the housing is not provisioned by the company.

Pay:
ریال2, ریال3,300.00 per month
