Primary Responsibilities
In the role of
Planning Lead, we'll count on you to:

  • Management of urban planning projects of various sizes
  • Management of the urban planning team and collaboration with other project managers
  • Enjoy working directly with clients
  • You are well connected in the industry
  • Work with our Saudi leadership team to develop a plan to support growth in Saudi Arabia
  • Work with the PM to ensure the profitability of the project
  • Ensure that the company's project delivery processes are followed
  • Oversee the performance of your team
  • Support our people in upskilling, training and effectiveness
  • Develop an annual BD/marketing plan with the leadership team to win new business
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practice
  • Bringing energy, enthusiasm and fun to the thriving practice
  • Completing other tasks as required

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in urban planning or closely related field
  • A minimum of 20 years'experience in regional and local planning and design
  • Bring a track record of successfully completed projects in recent years
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • May require the ability to travel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture is a must
