Responsible for maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. Perform billing tasks and customer service activities related to invoicing and collections.

The AR Senior Specialist provides accounting and administrative support to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts in timely and accurate manner.

The incumbent ensures compliance with company policies and ensure controls are in place for sales process.

BSc required, associate's degree or certificate preferred
1 to 3 years of relevant billing, accounting or administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
Strong organization and time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
Post cash receipts and payments to customer accounts
Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging reports
Contact customers to collect overdue payments
Coordinate resolutions of disputed invoices with customers
Maintain customer records and related documentation
Reconcile payments with billing statements
Refund overpayments and process credit adjustments
Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures
Recommend improvements to billing and collection processes
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing statements
