Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company values and culture.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Managing HRDF, GOSI, Qiwa,
  • Develop and maintain employee relations programs that promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Advise and coach managers on HRrelated issues, including employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal documentation.
  • Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction, Oil&Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
