Business Development Manager

What you'll be doing
Have command of and be responsible for the sales growth to employers and be able to inform internal teams on trends in your region
Build and manage relationships with key clients and channel partners
Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies
Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business
Define the go to market strategy and be the Qureos solution in the region
Conduct market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities independently based on a deep understanding of your region and the business strategies of your customers
Own reporting and stakeholder management in the region
Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organisation
Serve as the Qureos product expert by educating clients and partners on Qureos product suite and influencing Qureos product roadmap by owning your clients participation in Alphas and Betas versions.
We are looking for someone with3+ year of work experience in recruitment industry and sales roles
Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to get hands-on in a hyper-growth environment and work on tight deadlines
Enthusiasm and drive to build from scratch and for the future
Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
Background working with both internal and external partners
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Pre-existing relationships with client decision-makers and HR decision makers
Proven track record of delivering on quota
