SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


The Human Resources team in Jotun Saudi is a true business partner and supports organizational development by providing key strategic human resources services to the business.


As an HR Executive you will be a key player of the Human Resources (HR) team and will be supporting the HR manger in anchoring & execute various activities related to different HR concept in relevant geographical area.

This position is part of our MEIA Graduate Program, which is tailor-made for young talents.

Through this program, you will accelerate your career through personal development plans, local or international assignments, challenging and exciting tasks, and focused training programs over the course of a year.

This position is based in Yanbu & would report to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for advice and input across a wide range of HR areas.
  • Maintain and follow up on concepts, tools, and procedures
  • Supports the HR team on matters related to improvement, efficiency, consolidation, etc., of general HR practices
  • Contribute to projects to develop or enhance concepts or practices within the HR department or across functions
  • Keeps informed of developments in the field, works with the region, and is aligned with any Group directions
  • Support the collaboration of HR and internal stakeholders to strengthen awareness of HR's role and function in the company and build relationships that help HR better support the business and its strategy

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English both verbally and written
