The executive butler position in Saudi Arabia offers a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious and prestigious setting. As an executive butler, you will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive service to the highest standards.

Your role will involve managing and coordinating all aspects of the household, ensuring that the needs and preferences of the residents are met with utmost professionalism and discretion.


In this role, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the protocols and customs of high-profile households.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residence, including managing a team of staff, organizing events and functions, and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and organization.

Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the residents will be crucial in delivering a seamless and exceptional experience.


Key Responsibilities:

As an executive butler, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending to the needs and preferences of the client members, guests, and visitors, ensuring unparalleled comfort and satisfaction.
  • Overseeing and managing all operations, assuring the highest service standards.
  • Coordinating and supervising staff, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
  • Managing and maintaining inventory.
  • Implementing budgets and expenses.
  • Planning and executing events and special occasions with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Implementing and overseeing security protocols to safeguard the properties and occupants.
  • Always maintaining the utmost standards of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of highquality products and services.
  • Creating and implementing training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborating with other members of the household staff, such as chefs and housekeepers, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of daily tasks.
  • Managing household budgets and financial transactions, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and providing personalized itineraries.
  • Handling special requests and unique needs of the clients, such as arranging private events, acquiring hardtofind items, or coordinating exclusive experiences.
  • Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the property, including regular inspections and coordination of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Previous experience as a butler in a high-end 5-7 star setting or luxury hospitality environment is essential, and/or professional training.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact gracefully with diverse personalities.
  • Proficiency in formal table service, including butler service, fine dining etiquette, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of staff effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and resourcefulness in handling unexpected situations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation reflecting the high standards of our residence.
