Job Overview:

Responsible for handling and maintaining project related Quality documentation.

Assist in submission of all Quality related reports, procedures and documents to client and follow up on comments and updates.

Liaise with Functional and Project personnel.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist PQM, CQM, PQCS & QA Engineers in Controlling QA/QC project Documents & Data
  • Asist PQM in preparation of Project Quality Plan
  • Collect the Inputs and update project Quality Audit schedule & Quality Org chart etc. Collection of Inputs and assist PQM for the presentation of Project KOMs.
  • Collect, prepare and submit CVs of al/ project QA/QC personnel for Client approvals
  • Identify, prioritize, and prepare procedures / documents that need to be submitted as per Client requirement.
  • Prepare/Update & submit Client weekly, monthly reports, minutes of meeting & quanerly reports.
  • Assist PQM in collecting monthly Project Quality Indicators / Key Performance Indicator inputs by providing/updating data such as status QA/QC personnel approvals, Letter's / Procedure submission status, Audit & NCRs status etc.
  • Keep track of Project NCR's (INCR Company NCR VNCR) by maintaining a project NCR register
  • Keep track of QA/QC documents / deliverables by maintaining a project document control register.
  • Updating NCRs (audit / nonaudit), OFl's, Audits (internal & external) in Synergi/web portal.
  • Updating Central Action Tracking Registry (CATR) and sending it frequently to Central QA.
  • Registering Log Book Entries(LBE) are updated in the LBE poHal.
  • Maintaining and tracking the status of Proactive, LBEjs, repeated LBE violations & Focus assessments in register
  • Project Organization Chart (MDR & Sub-Con) is prepared/updated as attached to Quality Monthly Report (QMR)
  • Collect and provide weekly QA/QC updates to Function, Client & PMT
  • Prepare SWO's and liaise with Project Cost Controller.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  • 3+ year experience in Document control, filing and computer usage.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
