Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the artist, handling all logistics and requirements.
  • Coordinate transportation and accommodation for the artist, ensuring all arrangements are in place and any changes are communicated promptly.
  • Provide onsite support to the artist, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Work with the production team to ensure that the artist's technical requirements are met, such as sound checks, lighting, and stage setup.
  • Handle all financial aspects of the artist's appearance, including payment and expenses.
  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with the artist, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in artist liaison or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, Ramadan & Eid
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate and respond to the artist's needs.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
  • A legal working permit to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
