Scopo della posizione:

Il candidato dovr raggiungere gli obiettivi del progetto, entro i tempi previsti, entro i costi preventivati, utilizzando le risorse assegnate in maniera efficace ed efficiente con la piena l accettazione delle opere e la piena soddisfazione dei clienti e degli

In particolare, si richiede esperienza per svolgere le seguenti attivit :

  • pianificazione e Gestione dei tempi e della schedulazione di progetto
  • valutazione iniziale dei requisiti di progetto, valutazione dei rischi e pianificare le attivit e azioni necessari
  • pianificazione, budgetizzazione e successiva gestione dei costi e del cash flow di progetto
  • controllare, al fine di verificare la congruit economica, l affidamento di consulenze, collaborazioni ed incarichi professionali
  • capacit tecniche per valutare correttamente il progetto iniziale e fornire indicazioni e soluzioni durante la progettazione tecnica nei vari step evolutivi del cantiere
  • gestione dell integrazione e coordinamento di tutte le fasi del progetto
  • gestione della qualit di progetto sia in termini di Quality Assurance che di quality control
  • gestione delle risorse umane assegnate
  • gestione delle comunicazioni di progetto, reportistica
  • gestione degli approvvigionamenti relativi al progetto e dei rapporti con i fornitori e subcontractor
  • gestione degli stakeholders di progetto
  • relazione con il cliente e/ o vari project leader coinvolti
  • disponibilit a trasferte in Italia ed estero
  • assicurare la tenuta e l aggiornamento degli archivi e dei back-up informativi pertinenti al settore di responsabilit
  • assicurare la puntuale e corretta elaborazione dei report relativi alle attivit di
  • applicare e far rispettare le direttive, le politiche e le procedure aziendali e di gruppo dai collaboratori esterni
  • relazionare periodicamente il diretto superiore sull andamento del settore di responsabilit
  • concordare ed applicare miglioramenti e rettifiche alle linee di
  • assicurare la direzione e il controllo delle attivit tecniche e di gestione commesse
  • svolgere attivit di lesson learned con relative proposte interne
