  • Analyze troubleshoot, install, modify and replace kitchen and laundry equipment
  • Perform major and minor repairs as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment
  • Order and manage an inventory of needed spare parts on site
  • Provide timely repairs and reduced downtime
  • Responsible to attend new equipment trainings
  • Have the selfinitiative to identify, correct unsafe conditions, and to report to supervisors any damage or unsafe or abuse of equipment
  • Prioritize tasks be organized and train new team members
  • Follow safety rules and procedures
