- Analyze troubleshoot, install, modify and replace kitchen and laundry equipment - Perform major and minor repairs as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment - Order and manage an inventory of needed spare parts on site - Provide timely repairs and reduced downtime - Responsible to attend new equipment trainings - Have the self-initiative to identify, correct unsafe conditions, and to report to supervisors any damage or unsafe or abuse of equipment - Prioritize tasks be organized and train new team members - Follow safety rules and procedures
