Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Merchandising

  • Design and implement visually appealing product pages and landing pages.
  • Create and manage banners, promotional graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the user experience.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and design across the website and app.

2. Product Display Optimization

  • Arrange and categorize events and experiences in a userfriendly manner.
  • Regularly update product displays to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal trends.
  • Optimize the layout and presentation of event and experience listings to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

3. Content Management

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule promotional content.
  • Maintain an uptodate content calendar and ensure timely updates of visual content.
  • Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload and manage digital assets.

4. User Experience (UX) Enhancement

  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective visual elements and layouts.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the visual and functional aspects of the website and app.
  • Work closely with the UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.

5. Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual merchandising.
  • Use data and analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.

6. Collaboration

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to align visual merchandising efforts with overall business goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of the website and app

Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online visual merchandising, preferably in the event or ecommerce industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.#J18808Ljbffr
