Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a high-quality visual merchandising strategy in alignment with seasonal event calendars and brand guidelines
  • Coach and establish strong relationships with in-store VM teams and frontline staff to ensure optimal display maintenance
  • Evaluate the impact of merchandising initiatives, preparing and presenting weekly reports to the Regional team/ VM Manager
  • Adhere to and execute brand-specific seasonal VM guidelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support internal brand events management
  • Oversee window and in-store animations, event design, and campaigns based on global marketing and event schedules
  • Conduct regular store and market visits to uphold Brand standards and report findings to the Regional team/ VM Manager
  • Stay updated on Brand and competitor activities
  • Coordinate in-store implementation for product launches and animations
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team for visual content production
  • Manage POS tools procurement and production
  • Review and provide feedback on merchandising plans linked to launches
  • Communicate merchandising guidelines to stores and ensure proper installation
  • Maintain merchandising levels as per Brand guidelines
  • Monitor category performance and adjust merchandising strategies if needed
  • Propose merchandising enhancements to optimize turnover
  • Lead new projects' merchandising aligned with Marketing team
  • Implement new store concepts as necessary
  • Create planograms for new store openings
  • Develop floor plans and zoning for new stores
  • Order store merchandising elements and furniture/decor
  • Collaborate with logistics for PLV furniture dispatch
  • Define minimum merchandising standards for new launches
  • Address out-of-stock situations with retail managers
  • Evaluate and communicate the impact of new merchandising strategies on sales
