**المهام والمسؤوليات**:

- التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين المؤهلين وجذبهم لمنتجات وخدمات الشركة.
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة وجذابة عن منتجات وخدمات الشركة.
- الإجابة على أسئلة العملاء المحتملين ومعالجة أي مخاوف لديهم.
- تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عملاء فعليين.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء المحتملين.
- تقديم ملاحظات ورؤى منتظمة لفرق المبيعات والتسويق لتحسين استراتيجيات التسويق عبر الهاتف.
- العمل مع فريق المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
