Senior Corporate Governance Analyst

Provides professional supportto the department on research, development and maintenance of all Hospital legislative,administrative, and communicative documents that are under the CorporateGovernance (CG) function.

Conducts a periodic systematic review of CG relatedfunction documents, ensures that new/revised document meet requirements, andconducts studies in the field of CG.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops,reviews, and analyses proposed and existing legislativedocuments under the CG function.
  • Analysis the new or revisedCommittee Formation Order (CFO) based on the Organization Policies and/orProcedures and Organization Structure.
  • Assists in the transformationto, and development of, electronic forms and processes and the development ofan Organization wide integrated management information system.
  • Developsand maintains an effective hospital documents monitoring mechanism under the CGfunction.
  • Organizes and develops a studyplan for assigned projects. Recommends studies, and determines the objectives,scope, requirements, methodology, and time frames with the departmentspecialist/head.
  • Recommends and improves thepolicies, processes, guidelines, control, and work flow to improve effectivenessand efficiency of CG department throughout the Organization documents.
  • Assists in training andorienting the new staff to the efficient and effective handling of departmentactivities and responsibilities.
  • Maintains knowledge on currenttrends in specialty and makes recommendations for improvement. Assists in thedevelopment of recommendations to enhance hospital operations andeffectiveness. Lends technical support to other departments as required.

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degreein Governance, Corporate Governance, Law, Management, Hospital/ BusinessAdministration, Public Administration or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required:

Five (5) years ofrelated experience with Master's or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree in relatedprofessional experience, is required.
