Venture Business Founder, Hospitality Training

We are seeking a Venture Founder to lead the creation and expansion of an innovative venture in the hospitality and training space in KSA.


As the Business Founder, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing the vision of the initiative, and make sure that it launches successfully into the market while engaging with the required stakeholders to ensure that it gains the needed traction to fundraise and keep running in the future.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies, product roadmaps, and gotomarket plans that align with the partner's strategic objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of business plans, including market entry strategies, revenue models, and risk mitigation plans for new ventures
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Engage with investors, partners, and other stakeholders to secure funding and strategic support
  • Cocreate and present business plans and progress reports to senior management and partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts, customers, and partners

Requirements:

  • You have experience of at least 10 years in hospitality and training space, with at least 35 years of work experience within KSA
  • You have experience working with startups, growth companies and/or in the corporate world. Preferably a mix of both startup and corporate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or other related fields. A Master's degree or an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams across different functions, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards achieving operational excellence
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a demonstrated ability to implement new processes and technologies
  • Exhibits strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate trends and assess market opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an action
