Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Senior Project Manager (Facade). to join our team in NEOM The LINE.

Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage all aspects of a largescale construction project.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all construction activities for the project
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project staff, including supervision of project managers, site supervisors, and construction workers
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion and budget compliance Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including regular updates on project status, issues, and resolution

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management, t echnical and Construction Experience
  • Its 70% Preconstruction( Technical) and 30% site role( construction)**:
  • Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects, with a track record of on-time, on-budget completion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

Someone has experience in Glazing Façade and other materials like copper.
