Investment Manager/Fund Manager (with Real Estate Investment Experience) for one of Leading Investment Co. based in Riyadh.

Fund Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement the fund's investment strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
  • Define the fund's target markets, asset classes, and investment criteria.

Fundraising:

  • Raise capital from investors by marketing the fund's investment strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Prepare marketing materials and presentations to attract investors.

Due Diligence:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investments.
  • Assess the financial, legal, and operational aspects of potential acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical experts to evaluate investment opportunities.

Acquisitions and Dispositions:

  • Source and negotiate real estate transactions.
  • Oversee the acquisition process, including financing, legal documentation, and closing.
  • Manage the sale of assets, ensuring optimal timing and returns.

Asset Management:

  • Implement and execute the fund's asset management strategy.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of the fund's real estate portfolio.
  • Make decisions on leasing, property management, and capital improvements.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess risks associated with real estate investments.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and economic indicators that may impact the fund.

Financial Management:

  • Create and manage the fund's budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with financial covenants.
  • Optimize the financial structure of the fund to maximize returns.

Investor Relations:

  • Communicate regularly with investors, providing updates on fund performance.
  • Address investor inquiries and concerns.
  • Organize and conduct investor meetings and conferences.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Work with legal professionals to navigate regulatory requirements.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and distribute regular financial and performance reports to investors.
  • Provide transparency and accountability to investors regarding fund activities.

Team Management:

  • Build and lead a team of professionals, including analysts, asset managers, and support staff.
  • Delegate responsibilities and ensure effective collaboration within the team.
Real estate fund managers need to possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, finance, and investment strategies. Effective communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions are also essential for success in this role.

Salary:
