An opportunity for a Head Chef arose with our client in KSA for an upscale Japanese restaurant.

What will you do?
Assist the Group Executive Head Chef in creating new menu items and new recipes if needed
Ensure that all the food meets the highest quality standards & is executed on time
Coordinate with the kitchen team & assisting them as required
Train the team to prepare & cook the food according to the recipes
Stocktaking ingredients & equipment & placing orders as needed
Implement and enforce all the HACCP guidelines
Coach, counsel, and discipline staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
Ensure all recipes are maintained and updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared
Able to execute recipes given by the Group Executive Chef

What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in an upscale/high-end Japanese restaurant
Strong leadership and people management
Passion for creating incredible food that delights & attracts customers
Creative & innovative
Hands-on approach to all operational aspects
Excellent communication skills & computer skills
Excellent culinary technical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
