The position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests while ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

This role is expected to be always courteous and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience as a doorman or in a similar customer service-oriented
role,
preferably in a high-end hotel or wellness club setting.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures, with the ability to
respond promptly and appropriately to any medical situation.
Proficiency in using technology tools such as access control systems,
Understanding of safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with
club policies and applicable regulations.
Professional and polished appearance, with a well-groomed appearance
and appropriate attire.
Understanding the importance of confidentiality and privacy, ensuring
member and guest information is handled with utmost care
maintain the security and safety of the Club entrance, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for members and guests.

Greet all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression and assisting with their immediate needs.

Provide accurate information regarding club activities, services, and events, assisting members and guests with inquiries and directions.
Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, maintaining an organized area.
Coordinate with the maintenance staff to promptly address any facility-related issues or cleanliness concerns.
Monitor and report any suspicious activities or incidents, assisting in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Offer assistance to members with special needs or disabilities, ensuring their comfort and facilitating a seamless experience within the club.

Assist in maintaining the inventory of club-related supplies, including brochures, and promotional materials.
Understand and adhere to all policies including but not limited to the Code of Conduct
