In this role you will be part of the Energy Performance Services team based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, your role will be including but not limited to.

Sales & Presales:

  • Develop sales leads following the strategy and market approach set by sales management.
  • Identify value-added services & solutions to customers and prepare sales slides deck for customer orientation
  • Approach targeted customers and schedule sales meetings
  • Identify customer pain-points and come-up with working proposal concept which fits customers' budget and needs.
  • Prepare sales funnel with estimated winning weight for each sales lead / opportunity.
  • Bids preparation and analysis from the date of bid receiving till bid submission.
  • Align with technical team to develop the technical solution based on customer needs.
  • Align with execution team for execution requirements and timelines
  • Prepare BoQ for the developed solutions and prepare materials / services costing
  • Align with procurement for 3rd materials / services costing
  • Prepare the technical / commercial proposal analysis and writeups
  • Follow up the sales cycle and post-bid requirements with customers

Engineering & Solution Development:

  • Perform site surveys
  • Managing energy audit activities at sites
  • Supervising the installation of energy meters and other performance instrumentation
  • Energy performance data consolidation
  • Energy efficiency assessment and analysis
  • Support energy efficiency solution development
  • Energy saving calculations o M&V plan analysis
  • Develop bills of quantities for energy saving solutions
  • Energy efficiency report preparations

Projects Execution:

  • Study the contracted scope of work and prepare the execution plan and timeline
  • Site survey for execution preparation
  • Preparation of required design, engineering, drawings, and all related technical documentation of the project
  • Coordinating with / supervising the sub-contractors for installation activities as per contract's scope of work
  • Preparing technical submittals and method statements as per contracted scope of work
  • Communicating with 3rd party vendors for final materials / services pricing with the alignment with procurement team
  • Ensure the site erection according to the execution milestones and timeline
  • Supervising the technicians for installation / T&C activities
  • Doing the programming, testing, and commissioning following the contracted scope of work
  • Prepare the site inspection requirements and documentation with project's consultant / end-user
  • Prepare the handing-over documentation and certificate of completion requirements
  • Prepare and resolve all snags-list

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid

  • Degree or qualification in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Energy efficiency, sustainability, green buildings, renewable energy
  • Certified Energy Manager is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, self-dependent, quick learning
  • Fluent in English, Arabic speaker
