KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Operational / Functional

  • Review recruitment requests and ensure recruitment activities (e.g. sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring) are completed in a timely manner in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with company physician to ensure pre-employment medical tests are completed in a timely manner in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and up to date recruitment records
  • Resolve issues related to recruitment activities, if any, and escalate any unresolved issues to Talent Acquisition Section Head
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining systems, policies and procedures related to Recruitment to ensure adherence to company guidelines in addition to all policies and procedures that the Specialist's superiors may see fit and applicable for the Recruitment operations
  • Maintain up to date / accurate data in applicant tracking system
  • Contribute to preparation of Recruitment related reports for the management, auditors, etc. as per the directions of the Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent Acquisition Section Head
  • Perform any additional responsibilities passed on by Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent Acquisition Section Head as required

  • Contribute to innovation within the Recruitment function, thereby continually enhancing quality and reducing cost by streamlining processes, procedures and automation
  • Define performance goals at the start of the year in coordination with Talent Acquisition Section Head
  • Monitor work quality and escalate any operational issues in a timely manner
  • Keep abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
