Our customer, A leading maritime company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly experienced Director of Treasury to drive financial performance and strategic planning. Your Future Role:

As the Director of Treasury, you will:

  • Oversee financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Develop and present financial models and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure precise financial reporting.
  • Lead process improvements and develop automated reporting tools.
  • Perform comprehensive market research and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial instruments and market conditions.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Guide cost analysis processes and enforce financial policies and procedures.
  • Enhance productivity through innovative reporting tools.
  • Execute market research and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Lead workshops and policy development for treasury management.
  • Ensure optimal banking services and resolve business queries promptly.

Impact

  • Influence across all business functions, JV partners, government authorities, and supply chains.
  • Deliver insights and solutions that impact stakeholders at all levels.

Who We Are Looking For:

Education

  • Bachelor's in Business; Banking, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Experience

  • 15+ years in treasury/cash management.
  • Expertise in finance reconciliation and transactional data processing.
