Sales Supervisor

Job summary:
Responsible for preparing and setting marketing and sales plans, supervising and following up on their implementation and raising the market share of the company.
Job Duties:
- Setting plans and goals and drawing sales and marketing policies that achieve the strategic objectives of the company, in cooperation with senior management
- Achieving growth in the business, setting new selling standards.
- Establish a database on target markets and study competitors 'plans, market shares and product prices for their competitors.
- Developing plans for promotion, advertising, and advertisements and sales offers in coordination with the senior management, in order to raise the market share.
- Conducting market studies that include providing detailed information on market needs
- Participate in setting pricing policies and offers for products and services.
- Coordination with the quality management in studying customer complaints and responding to them, as well as knowing the characteristics and functions of products to raise the efficiency of supply At sales and marketing teams.
- Continuous monitoring of items movement monitoring and working to reduce the investor from stock, especially stagnant products.
- Recommend recommendations and studies for commodities that suffer from marketing and selling problems that result in financial loss.
- Submit periodic reports detailing the achievements, marketing problems and failures of senior management.
