  • Professional experience within a 3PL logistics provider, supply chain, logistics and distribution or operations environment in an international company.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders to drive decisions and meet key deliverables.
  • Experience managing and delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality.
  • Project Management experience in a related industry.
  • Proficient in MS Suite including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

If so, the AMXL Operations team is looking for an experienced 3PL / Contract Logistics Manager to join the team and play a role in the overall management for the MENA AMXL Fulfillment.


Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) obsesses over customers by offering a white glove service where we deliver TVs and other large items like furniture in customers' homes.

Not only do we deliver large parcels, we unpack, assemble, install and sometimes even do tests, hauling away old items as needed.

As we head into Peak, we continue to build our special handling fulfillment, delivery and services network and will add more fulfillment centers and delivery stations across MENA.

We are currently in the process of building out a network that is poised for big growth in the coming years.


The role will be responsible for a part of the Third Party Warehouse operations in the KSA and reports to the Senior Operations Manager for AMXL Transportation in MENA.


The role includes the overall interfacing with Retail, Supply Chain and Transportation Teams and external as well as internal Fulfillment Operations partner.

The Multi-Site Manager will be a key member of the MENA AMXL Operations Team.

They are a key stakeholder in AMXL 3PL customer fulfillment operations team and works independently to strive for continuous improvement of quality and performance levels to ideally serve Amazon's demanding customers, resulting in a first-class delivery experience.

Key job responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and controlling quality, performance, cost and capacity of AMXL external fulfillment provider (3PL).
  • Contribute and lead major projects within the MENA AMXL Fulfillment Operations/ Supply Chain/ Transportation team to support the growth of our business and selection.
  • Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance.
  • Maintain and develop KPI and SLA with 3PL/carriers though daily management.
  • Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with the MENA and Worldwide AMXL Fulfillment Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Service and Transportation teams.
  • Drives contract negotiations and rampups of new external fulfillment partners.
  • Prioritize projects and software feature requests, evaluate and set stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across Amazon's crossfunctional national and international teams.
  • Work through complex problems and make key business case decisions.
  • Facilitate project work with others and operate against deadlines.
  • Have the ability to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
  • Have a solution driven approach to systems and processes.
  • MBA, MS or MA in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Quantitative and qualitative experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business experience.
  • Experience leading kaizen or continuous improvement events.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail and bias for action.
  • Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
