Our Client, a Fast Growing Contracting Company specialized in Civil, Mechanical Piping & Structural including Painting, Electrical, HVAC, Instrumentation, Construction and Maintenance & is working with big names in the Saudi Market.

Our Client is now looking for highly talented & experienced caliber to fulfill the following Position:

Project Manager (Mechanical)

  • Manages and supervises all phases of assigned projects.
  • Prepare and manage schedules.
  • Estimate Change orders.
  • Negotiate all change orders and maintain change order logs.
  • Manages project budget and approves all expenses.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Buyout of subcontracts & Equipment.
  • Interface with the CEO on all projects assigned.
  • Assemble and maintain complete project records and close-out documents.
  • Perform project punch-list inspection(s), in coordination with superintendent and the owner's representative, and issue punch list to all relevant subcontractors.
  • Stay in contact with past clients for repeat work.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar field
  • Exposure to EPC/LSTK ,Oil & Gas projects is a must
  • Should have managed projects worth over 50 Million SR.
  • GCC experience will be an added advantage
  • Due to visa Availability, only Egyptian Nationality can apply.
