To devise, implement and maintain HR & Admin Elements of the IMS

  • To monitor the effectiveness of HR & Admin processes and drive continual improvement
  • To provide functional support, coaching and mentoring to all operational locations in KSA, in respect of HR & Admin, to include Government relations matters following incidents and accidents.
  • To ensure that all HR & Admin policies, procedures and processes comply with applicable KSA legislation
  • To manage all operations of the Admin and HR Department employees
  • To lead the processes for selection, recruitment and mobilisation of new employees, to include advertising & screening, interviewing, issuance of employment contracts and liaison with Govt agencies
  • To ensure that Job descriptions for all roles are developed and periodically reviewed, in consultation with Department Heads
  • To oversee Employee Learning & Development processes, to include training needs analysis, development of training plans, monitoring of training effectiveness and succession planning
  • To oversee Employee benefits and compensation processes to ensure smooth and accurate administration of employee payroll, to include periodic review of salary structures
  • To oversee the Employee performance review processes to include annual performance appraisal, training needs, succession planning and pay reviews
  • To manage processes for the administration of Employee absence, annual leave and end of service
  • To effectively manage Employee grievance and disciplinary processes in accordance with KSA legislation
  • To devise, implement and maintain an Employee benefits programs in consultation with Top Management
  • To oversee facilities management processes, for branch offices, company accommodation, owned and rental vehicles, to include vendor negotiations and contracts
  • Provide management with Administration and HR statistical reports
.To lead subordinate teams by example to ensure compliance with IMS and applicable statutory duties

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Human Resources Manament: 7 years (required)
