Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist in HR-related matters.
- Organized and arranged employee files.
- Received and processed employee affairs transactions.
- Updated employee data in the system.
- Addition and deletion of Life insurance for employees and Health insurance for employees' and family according to policy.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including leave requests and absences.
- Monitor attendance patterns and address any issues or discrepancies and maintained up-to-date knowledge of attendance and absence management.
- Employee Relations & Communication
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ran payroll processes and updated employee benefits details.
- Ensured documentation and entries were processed accurately and swiftly, aiding smooth-running financial clearance.
- Effectively managed bookings and reservations, promptly resolving issues to maintain customer service standards according to company policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools.
- Good knowledge of local labor law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
