Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to serve as the vital link between our
KSA clients and the
agency.

As an integral part of our team, the Account Manager will be responsible for understanding and meeting the diverse needs of clients, collaborating with key internal functions to drive the agency's output.

The role involves problem-solving, adept management of internal and external communications, and a commitment to seeing projects through to successful completion.

This position requires close collaboration with internal agency teams and external partners, including media owners, partner vendors, and client marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with internal agency teams and external partners to deliver exceptional client service.

Identify and address client needs, ensuring satisfaction and building strong, lasting relationships.

Manage internal and external communications effectively to facilitate smooth project execution.

Proactively solve problems and drive projects to successful completion.


Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the communication industry to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Utilize a basic understanding of marketing, advertising, and communication principles to manage projects and campaigns efficiently.

Identify opportunities for account growth through new business development.

Work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit within the team.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a communication agency.

Saudiites only.

Graduate degree, preferably in Marketing.

Strong communication skills.

Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and communication principles.

Ability to identify and resolve issues during projects, meeting client expectations.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Knowledge of the latest trends and tools in the communication industry.

Capacity to work independently and contribute collaboratively to the team.
