Job Purpose:

  • Red Sea Global is a leading hospitality and development provider in Saudi Arabia.
  • Red Sea Studios, Visualization & Simulation Studio at RSG specializes in architectural visualization services, creating immersive experiences for our visitors.
  • As a Visualization Integration Associate Director, you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge visualization and integration solutions, managing projects and stakeholder engagement, efficient resource allocation and enhancing inter and cross departmental communications and internal clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and ensuring optimal allocation of resources and stakeholders' engagement.
  • Lead a team of visualization and simulation specialists, experts and programmers to develop innovative solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

Visualization and Analytics

  • Develop and implement advanced visualization strategies to produce high-quality renders, simulating realistic lighting scenes and surfaces, refining post-production and editing compositing and streamline rendering time.
  • Lead the development of interactive simulations and visualization tools that effectively communicate complex data insights and actionable solutions.
  • Enhancing communication for project teams by leveraging real-time graphic engines as visualization tools for 3D models.

Project Management

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of integration and visualization initiatives and performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align integration and visualization efforts with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their visualization needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and communication.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions within the department.
  • Implement best practices for visualization, simulation and design programming to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Safety, Quality & Environment

  • Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department's systems, processes and practices considering 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural, Urban Planning and Design, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural visualization or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of architectural design principles and terminology.
  • Extensive experience with 3ds Max software, including a deep understanding of its modeling, texturing, animation, and simulation tools.
  • Proficiency in applying textures and materials to 3D models, including UVW mapping, procedural textures, and texture painting.
  • In-depth knowledge of rendering and simulation principles and techniques, coupled with practical expertise in digital twin and Unreal Engine workflow.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams to leverage rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, or Corona Renderer to deliver exceptional results
