Role Purpose
To develop and manage the IT Governance, Quality gates & Service Delivery polices, processes and its supporting procedures in flynas to execute IT and Digital strategy across multiple domains of ICT and its associated partners (internal & external), including IT Enterprise Architecture, PMO, IT Quality, IT Software Developments, IT Risks, IT Service Management, & IT Security Service.
will steer, develop and manage IT developments in line with the Business Objectives, Roadmap and Strategy and ensure IT standards and policies are aligned and compile with flynas, Industry and Regulatory requirements.

Key Activities

- Responsible for the delivery of the ICT organizations process improvement and strategic change initiatives. Works with crossfunctional ICT teams to design, develop, and integrate ICT processes and procedures utilizing best practices and industry standard frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, CMMI, Safe Agile). Leads the design of the ICT organizations overall process structure, including creating a process hierarchy that streamlines ICT processes and eliminates redundancy
- Responsible for ensuring all IT projects within ICT portfolios are transpired into IT/Business Services on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level.
- The role supports all the IT divisions by setting the common and consistent governance, framework, methodology, templates and tools to successfully manage communications, integration, deliverables and stable operations across all IT divisions
- Responsible to develop IT strategic reports & presentations related to benefit management, annual deliverables, customer satisfaction, IT steering committee dashboard and executive management requirements for marketing of IT contribution and value.
- Provide strategic and tactical management recommendations aiding to resolve IT project, IT Services design and Service transition to BAU/operational and resources issues across all IT divisions.
- Implementing controls as part of IT Governance framework processes, for early risk identification using KPIs, Metrics and Dashboards, hence guiding cross functional teams to identify issues, bottlenecks and resolutions ensuring commitment to continuous improvements across PMLC-SDLC
- ITSM Life cycles.
- Facilitate Integrated framework of processes that ensure IT activities are performed in a controlled manner and according to the defined responsibility of the IT organization. The overall purpose of this framework and processes is to maximize the value derived from IT activities. Oversees the financial performance and IT service performance and quality according to agreed KPIs and prepare management reports to track and communicate performance.
- Develop, implement and continually improve IT operating model.
- Direct the framework and discipline for IT Service Management with industry standard ITIL guidelines & ISO 20000 Standard.

- Mentor and coach IT staff on IT development's, daytoday IT operations and service delivery. Motivates team members, reviews and assesses performance, builds employee capacity and supports their professional development to enable employees to optimize their contribution to the department.
- Improve people, process, products and partners, creating high quality and costeffective partnerships as well as inputs for improvement in technology and services provided.
- Support other IT functions understanding the policies, processes and procedures, provide awareness and support continuous improvements.
- Support and contribute IT Service continuity, DR & business continuity plans in accordance with COBIT, ISO 31000 and ISO 2230

- Monitor and report the progress of the execution of the IT strategical and tactical initiatives.
- Maintain the update and regular reviews of CIO office policies and procedures
- Identifying future challenges in the IT landscape or services and develop mitigation strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience
- Broad knowledge of Frameworks, best practices, methodologies and standards.
- COBIT, PMBOK, TOGAF, SDLC, AGILE, ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000
- Minimum 10 years' experience in designing, implementing and managing IT services and cross functional technical teams.

- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
