Currently, we are in need of a resourceful Data Analyst (HR) (RIOJP) for one of our clients.

• Gathering and organizing data to provide insights on recruitment performance metrics such as open positions, time to hire, employee data on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I), external market data, statistical trends in recruitment, and leader satisfaction surveys
  - Extracting data from various systems for ad-hoc reports on vendor information, feedback from employee surveys, data needed for compliance, and audit purposes
  - Implementing and managing additional tools, visualizations, and libraries to enhance team interaction with diverse data sources, including automated PowerBI dashboards
  - Conducting training sessions on reports, introducing new solutions and processes, and updating data management systems for the Talent Acquisition team and HR staff
  - Serving as the main contact for addressing incidents and system malfunctions to the global HR Systems support team

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), proficiency in French (an advantage), and familiarity with Spanish (a plus)
  - Familiarity with Workday, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI (highly beneficial)
  - Understanding of People Experience functions related to Talent Acquisition and HR
  - Knowledge of data collection, transformation, and analysis processes
