Category / Sr. Brand Manager to lead our brand management team. strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

The position involves:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and market trends, leveraging data to inform brand decisions.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
  • Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets across various channels.
  • Manage the brand budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize brand impact and ROI.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies and partners.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior brand management team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in brand management and marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

**We Are Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration MBA preferred. or equivalent

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as Category / Sr. Brand Manager in brand management or marketing roles, with a focus on consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and building memorable brand experiences.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
