Job Summary:
The key account manager is responsible of handling the partners in the company and to build and maintain a strong relationship with the partners. He will be the lead point of contact between the company and all key partners, anticipate the partner's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the partner are met, and help the partner succeed. The key account manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key partner and the company. · Resolving key partners issues and complaints. · Developing a complete understanding of key account or sales representatives needs. · Managing the communications between key partners and internal teams. · Managing the sales representatives assigned to each client. · Make a strategic plan based on the department direction. · Make an improvement plan for the current partner to enhance their results. · Establishing a timeline of performance for the sales representatives to meet the department target. · Working with sales team, logistic, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same partner account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs. · Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training. · Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Three years of experience in sales, account management or other roles that require direct customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and spreadsheet organization.
