Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends and partnerships
- Generate leads and call prospective customers and foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Think and work strategically as well as understand the needs of clients
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Finding and offering bespoke technical solutions to consultants to gain tight specifications, as well as direct to contractors and end users.
- Handling major customer accounts in the UAE construction market.
- Focus on Increasing sales records for both HVAC and other Insulation products.
- Balancing account of payables and deliverables from rewarded projects achieved.
- Keeping track of major changes in the HVAC and Insulation market.
- Dealing with Clinical Research and Regulatory bodies to address any issues that may arise.
- Submitting project cost estimates, monitoring inventory books at central and interstate warehouses
- Liaising with production departments locally and globally to ensure meeting supply timelines.
- Reviewing, assessing and updating advertisement materials
- Conducting individualized client services
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Offering technical presentations and demonstrating product use to meet client needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Submitting updated reports of ongoing projects to senior management
