  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  • Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step.
  • Prepare training material and presentations and booklets
  • Build an annual training program and prepare to teach plans.
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Working on training the dark store employees on how to work and handle operations
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behaviour.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
  • Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
  • Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
  • Make recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate training to existing employees as needed or requested.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of training offered.
  • Prepare documentation, and tip sheets, and change training materials.
  • Provide performance feedback to participants and management.
  • In charge of store checkups and quality assurance.
  • Train the staff on violation handling from government entities
  • Train the staff on HR violations if they don't follow procedures.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
- +1 year of experience working in operations as a quality trainer/coach.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Complaint handling skills and detailed understanding of operations.
  • Good reporting and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Personal drive with a sense of urgency and an ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to managing initiatives to a successful conclusion.
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
