Job Description JD – RSM:
SUMMARY
Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Database Management – administrate and manage the existent Clients & collect & organize information about customers and create a complete Customer database.
2. Handle Customers Complaints – establish new and maintain existent long-term relationship with customers so to obtain and permanently deal with Customers' satisfaction.
3. Proactive communication with customers and client via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records; drafting status reports on customer service issues.
4. Receive and review standard report and generate customer reports and surveys.
5. Prepare pre-qualification and registration documents with new markets, follow-up the quotations submitted to Clients.
6. Penetration of new markets where Company does not have distribution. Recruitment and cultivation of high quality prospects as a method of expanding our export business
7. Evaluation of Customers Relationship already established. The establishment of realistic sales quotas and methods of assisting customers to attain the quotas
8. Conduct product training and application seminars for customers, both at the factory and in the field. The seminars will cover equipment application, new products, sales techniques, etc.
9. Termination and Replacement, when necessary, of Representatives and customers not performing to the benefit of Company' s sales and marketing goals
10. Trips to support evaluate and train new and existing customers. This includes participation in trade shows, troubleshooting Company's products in the field, and evaluating applications in the world market.

Job Skills KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Deal with sales and marketing issues for the manufacturing workshop activities and products
3. Four-year degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or the manufacturing industry
4. Should be familiar with procedure and documentation of ISO 9001:2000 certification
5. Familiar with Oil & Gas equipment and services
6. Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills
7. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts
8. Business Thinking
9. Fluent in English
