Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepares job reconciliations for transfers, promotions, demotions and transactions from HC and Hospital Departments.
- Announces vacant positions/job postings hospitalwide for promotions and/or transfers.
- Performs prereconciliations for applicants for Hospital announce vacant positions.
- Conducts typing tests for promotion purposes and as request by other Departments.
- Deals with issues regarding Human Resources transactions, e.g. promotions, transfers, employee benefits.
- Coordinates with Personnel staff and Manpower Analyst to prepare promotion packages.
- Provides, maintains, and validates employees' education and experience with certificates in their fields.
- Reviews and prepares promotion packages for Administrative Credentials Committee (ACC) meetings.
- Coordinates with Employee Services and other HC departments in matters related to internal promotion.
- Gathers data related to job grades and special studies/projects.
Education:
Master'sor Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related disciplineis required.
Experience Required:
Grade 09:
One (1) year of relatedexperience with Master's, or three (3) years with Bachelor's Degree isrequired.
Grade 10:
Three (3) years of related experience with Master's, or five (5)years with Bachelor's Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experienceis required.
Other Requirements(Certificates):
SaudiNationals Only.
