As a Product Manager - Marketplace at Cenomi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketplace product strategy.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that enhance our marketplace's functionality, user experience, and business growth.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential areas of differentiation in the marketplace space.
  • Defining and prioritizing product requirements for our marketplace platform, including features such as search and discovery, seller tools, transaction flows, and customer trust and safety measures
  • Creating and managing a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer expectations, and marketplace growth objectives.
  • Collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
  • Working closely with marketplace sellers and buyers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring key product metrics, marketplace performance, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, optimize the platform, and drive business growth.
  • Staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketplace platforms, ecommerce, technology, and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in the ecommerce industry with a focus on marketplace platforms.
  • Indepth understanding of marketplace dynamics, including buyer and seller behaviors, operational challenges, and growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and demonstrated ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage datadriven insights to make informed product decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, including sellers and buyers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • A passion for ecommerce, marketplaces, and a customercentric mindset.
