We can only deliver high-reliability levels through empowering Ground Operations teams. Our Ground Operations team is primarily responsible for delivering superlative customer experience through a smooth order execution lifecycle. As a Supply Operations Lead, you are responsible for ensuring high levels of reliability through a team of Ground Operations Supervisors. You are also responsible for growing our territory and ensuring financial success metrics are in check.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a consistent and highquality supply partner network in the specific geography for various customer requirements of lane and truck type for driving a profitable placement of trucks against regular business orders
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of supply partner acquisition, onboarding, regular service, and retention to drive higher margins and customer serviceability for Trella
  • Responsible for day to day fulfillment operations across various customers in the assigned geography and ensure the delivery of superior customer service, thereby establishing Trella as the partner of choice for customers
  • Driving smooth operations and efficiencies through crossfunctional collaboration with business development, supply, and central operations team for realtime resolution of customer issues arising from ground fulfillment
  • Proactive customer communication by sharing continuous update reports, troubleshooting operational issues and building an excellent working relationship with customer POCs in the specific region
  • Build a process for our Ground Fulfillment Supervisors team to ensure and motivate our Carriers and Carrier Partners to use the Trella app properly and consistently
  • Develop a team schedule and manage timekeeping to ensure SLAs are met with highquality service.

What You'll Do:

  • Bachelor's in Management, Logistics and/or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with incountry expertise

  • Relevant experience in managing large scale geographically spread and complex operational activity with experience in vendor development and team management. Exposure to handling logistics operations will be an added advantage.

  • Willing to dive in and do what's needed, regardless of whether it's in the job description

Salary:
