ABOUT THE TEAM

Your Main Responsiblities:

  • Be a part of team which expands Trendyol internationally.
  • Define business objective, strategy and key metrics needed to achieve success.
  • Phasing the whole onboarding of the brands&determine their ops models
  • Figuring out the bottlenecks, proscons of the ops models, cross team working to find the optimum solution for both TY&sellers.
  • Depending on the ops models, doing the followup of the inventory&pricing&mc and relevant KPI's. (with the retail team)
  • Completing the deal, commercial and payment terms
  • Responsible from P&L of the sales of these brands (JBP, marketing investments from brands, campaigns etc).
  • Prepare followup reports and automatize the process.
  • Collaborate with other functions to improve KPIs and align with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Regularly track KPIs and project plans, providing strategic insights and supporting information to guide decisionmaking.
  • Working closely with growth, campaign, category, marketplace and tech teams to Identify pain areas in the business and develop action plan
  • Continuously monitor international markets, detecting risks and opportunities, and revising action plans accordingly.
  • Improve the overall customer, seller, and stakeholder experience within Trendyol.

What We're looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in Engineering, Management, Business and other related departments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an ecommerce or a tech company, preferably worked in business development or sales related positions.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are required for this position.
  • Proactive and efficient in finding and implementing creative solutions to a variety of issues.
  • An experienced planner, with strong crossteam coordination and multitasking skills. Must be comfortable operating at different levels in the organization.
  • Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning.
