OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Protect employees' health in the workplace by creating and implementing programs, policies and procedures to measure and reduce employees' exposure to physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic stress factors

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Qualification:

  • National Diploma (Environment related)
  • Specialised licences or certifications
  • Bachelors' Degree in Environmental Science (highly preferred)
**Experience: 1. 8 Years relevant experience

  • International Experience Preferred
**Skills: - Effective management skills

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of practical impact of all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Ma'aden codes, regulation, rules, procedures and processes

  • Manage reviewing current processes are compliant, identifying gaps for improvement opportunities
  • Ensure and advice Health programs integrated into stage gate process
  • Assist/Execute Conducting health assessment to identify the requirements related to the project
  • Advice and influence provide Health and Wellbeing support to projects for medical emergency response plans and activities
  • Initiate, manage and review evaluate and monitor IH surveys
  • Manage and coordinate health related incident investigations
  • Support in Health and Wellbeing Campaigns
