  • Liaising with government departments in relation to immigration matters
  • Keeping abreast with current labour / immigration laws and update the HR team on any changes
  • Keeping the HR team informed of significant problems that may jeopardise the achievement of company goals
  • Responding to staff enquiries on visa / labour / passport matters
  • Preparing periodic reports for management or relevant authorities, as required
  • Organizing attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labour
  • Overseeing the implementation of the immigration & labour responsibilities of the company in Saudi
  • Providing advice to management on local and government services
  • Protecting the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation
  • Strengthening the relationship with public agencies through events engaging the community
  • Coordinating with outside counsel and thirdparty vendors regarding immigration issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience with local government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and Saudi Chambers of Commerce
  • Fluent Arabic and English is a must
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
