What You Can Expect:


The Admin associate ensures the office operates smoothly and efficiently by handling day to day matters related to running the office logistics.

He/she is responsible of travel and events arrangements for the Export team. Responsible of managing and controlling the process of all activities that are related to the Government offices.

Supervise and assure that responsibilities are executed in a timely manner, and provide the business with efficient reports that highlights opportunities and avoid obstacles.


How You Create Impact:

  • Negotiate contracts and get better deals from suppliers (hotels, airlines & agencies, printing shops, office supplies, etc.)
  • Handles forwarding and collecting legal documents related to Ministry of Labour and Immigration, Passport office, sea port, STS, etc.
  • Prepare all documentation for the government offices; including invitation letters, needed forms for visas, letters to MOL, etc.
  • Responsible of purchasing office related material, such as stationary, laptops, office equipment, etc.
  • Keep abreast with current labour/ immigration laws and update the HR staff on any changes
  • Keep the HR team informed of significant problems that may jeopardize the achievement of company goals, and those are not being addressed adequately.
  • Coordinate IT issues with the internal and the external outsourced IT company
  • Assist with the logistics of internal and external events such as venue booking, tickets, catering, etc.
  • Make sure all purchase requests are signed before ordering then check all invoices once order received and get relevant signatures
  • Assist with all admin tasks as requested by the superior
  • Administer the filing for all admin related documents (hard and soft copies)
  • Coordinate the maintenance and cleanliness of the office including managing the helping staff
  • Handle office filing and day to day matters related to running the office logistics and maintenance issues

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • BS Degree
  • Minimum education level: High school
  • 3 to 5 years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments for all employee affairs.
