Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales target are met monthly and product category wise
  • Prepare and formulate a complete strategy for countrywise sales in order to achieve and exceed the yearly target
  • Establish network of dealerships and project contractors
  • Be able to singlehandedly develop the KSA client base without having a full team of sales executives in the initial first year, bringing orders on containerload basis.
  • To be very cost effective and scrutinize any spending.
  • Recommend any change in strategy within the 12 months to ensure focus is on the right path to succeed in target achievement irrespective of market conditions.
  • Ensure timely advice is given to customers about new product introduction, ensuring that samples and pricing details are accepted, and that orders are obtained thereafter.
  • Ensure general pricing meets the market expectations and if not, to formally recommend to Management a broad spectrum of price bands required product categorywise.

Qualifications

  • Male; age between 3545 year's old
  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing

Analytical and with proven track record in achieving sales targets from a reputable PAINT MANUFACTURING or related chemical company:

  • Experience in establishing and maintaining dealer network
  • Strong track record in market research and competitor analysis and take the necessary action accordingly
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Someone inspired to work hard, selfmotivated, able to handle pressure, and is trained to achieve deliverables.
  • Experience in market development
