Supervisar los Circuitos Cerrados de Televisión (Closed Circuit Television, CCTV), los sistemas de alarma del perímetro, las alarmas de activación forzada y los sistemas de seguridad personal y de prevención de incendios a fin de asegurar que cualquier situación de emergencia o comportamiento inusual sean remitidos al personal pertinente para su investigación y registro.

Assist guests or employees during emergency situations. Administrar primeros auxilios o resucitación cardiopulmonar a los huéspedes o empleados según sea necesario.

Mantener la confidencialidad de todos los informes y documentos del hotel, Seguridad y Prevención de Pérdida y brindar información sólo a las personas autorizadas.

Proporcionar el papeleo adecuado a los empleados que necesitan tratamiento médico externo.

Llevar a cabo investigaciones y reunir evidencia relacionada con robo o fraude o artículos perdidos, quejas por ruidos, denuncias por ataques, reclamos por comida envenenada y otros problemas e incidentes planteados por los huéspedes.

Asistir al gerente o supervisor para asegurar que las compañías de seguro sean notificadas acerca de situaciones de responsabilidad ante terceros según el protocolo designado.
