Our client is looking for a highly-driven, organized Arabic speaking individual with
at least 3 years of BD experience in KSA or GCC.

They should have a solid process in generating leads and the ability to cold call, close deals and build and manage long-term relationships with key clients.

Having prior experience with
online subscriptions is a plus but not mandatory.


If you're the type of person who'd fit in with a young & dynamic sales team and loves selling services, closing deals, achieving monthly targets, and is internally motivated to earn above-market commissions then this is the job for you.


Role of BDM:


The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to sell our leading SaaS online subscription platform to companies and to meet and/or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure his/her territory achieves or exceeds required quota
  • Independently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and work closely with company partners to leverage prospects/clients
  • Contact potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how the products can meet or exceed these needs
  • Meet clients face to face as well as set up video calls and demonstrate product
  • Professional communication in written form is required
  • Develop and submit comprehensive proposals for all potential clients
  • Maintain accurate uptodate sales pipeline and forecasts
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote company's products and services
  • Keep regular contact with clients to ensure they are receiving the excellent support and happy with the service

  • Ensure company's image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner
  • Assist Account Manager for sales and marketing activities
  • Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement
  • Identify prospects/opportunities for other business units

Minimum Requirements:

-
At least 3 years BD experience in KSA/GCC:

  • _Has own car with valid KSA driving license_
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Highdrive with ability to achieve targets
  • Organized and can manage CRM

Education:

  • We believe that experience and character is much more important than education. No degree is necessary for this role, only your determination and the ability to achieve

Salary Package:

Attractive salary package

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
